Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Astro Premium. Astro is operated by Mehmet Ali Kısacık. The company that sold and processed your subscription handles the refund.

Web purchases through Paddle

Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Astro Premium subscriptions purchased on the web. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Paddle determines refund eligibility and processes approved refunds. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

How to request a web refund

You can ask Paddle to review a refund request using any of these routes:

Paddle may ask for your purchase email, transaction details, and the reason for your request. If a refund is approved, Paddle normally returns it to the original payment method. Access to the refunded Premium subscription may end when the refund is processed.

Cancellations are different from refunds

You can cancel a web subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, and Premium remains available until then. Canceling does not automatically refund a payment already made.

Free trials

If your subscription includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The checkout and confirmation email show the trial length and the date billing is due to begin.

Technical problems

If a persistent technical problem prevents you from using a paid Astro feature as described, email supportastrotrade@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it. If the problem cannot be resolved, you can include those details in your request to Paddle.

App Store purchases

Apple sells and processes Astro Premium subscriptions purchased through the iOS app. Apple controls refund eligibility and processing for those purchases. You can request an App Store refund through Apple's Report a Problem service.
