Terms of Service

The service

Astro is a trading journal. It lets you log trades manually or sync them from a connected broker, organize them with notes, setups, and playbooks, and review your performance with analytics and written AI reviews. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Astro. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Broker connections

When you connect a broker, you authorize Astro to use the credentials you provide to read your trade and account data. You are responsible for keeping those credentials valid and for following your broker's own terms. Astro uses broker access to read data for your journal, not to place, modify, or cancel trades.

Astro is not financial advice

Astro is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the app, including its analytics and AI reviews, is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a promise of any result. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

AI reviews

AI reviews are generated automatically from your own history and are provided for information only. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they should not be relied on as advice or as a substitute for your own judgment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Astro for anything unlawful, or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Premium and billing

Astro offers a free tier and a paid premium tier. Premium is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes your payment and handles renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own terms, and the current price is shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account settings.

Ownership

Astro, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to its operator. The trades, notes, and other content you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync, and process that content so we can provide the service to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Astro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that synced or imported data will always be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of Astro.

Termination

You can stop using Astro and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Astro after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
